And if you want to see them being fed there is a feeding station the other side of Carmarthen towards Llandovery where at 3pm every day between 40-50 red kites congregate for food. www.aberglasney.org One of the best gardens in Wales - a huge project which is seeing the restoration of an old country mansion plus its gardens. Aberglasney is approx 30 minutes away from Old Oak Barn.

www.dale-sailing.co.uk Get organised and visit Skomer for the day to see Puffins between March and August or to see seals and dolphins in St Brides Bay. Fantastic on a nice day. Or go to Grassholm to see 75,000 pairs of gannets!
www.stdavids.co.uk A day trip to St Davids which is about an hour away is also a good visit to see the cathedral and have a meal somewhere like The Georges in Haverfordwest. See below.
